Unity Concord Realty was founded from both experience and conviction.

Ty Allen is a Pennsylvania-licensed Real Estate Broker and the sole owner of Unity Concord Realty. After more than a decade in real estate and nearly three decades in sales and leadership across banking, marketing, and wireless industries, she saw a clear gap in the marketplace: too many real estate experiences were transactional, rushed, and misaligned with the people they were meant to serve.

Licensed in Pennsylvania since 2014, Ty built a reputation in the Pittsburgh market as a trusted advocate, multi-million-dollar producer, and media host spotlighting local communities and changemakers. As her experience deepened, so did her desire to create something different — a brokerage structured around education, advocacy, and alignment rather than volume alone.

In May 2024, she launched Unity Concord Realty as an independent, Black-owned, female-led brokerage built from the ground up. As a Black woman and sole proprietor in an industry where ownership and brokerage leadership remain underrepresented, Ty established Unity Concord to demonstrate that principled leadership, professional excellence, and community impact can coexist.

The name “Unity Concord” reflects the essence of real estate itself: one accord, one agreement, one aligned outcome. Every successful transaction requires clarity between parties, and the brokerage was intentionally built around that principle.
